  2. My first day doing it I finished the workout but was way too tired to “feel
    good” at the end. But this is my day 2 and I I was able to make it through
    again but feeling a little better. I’m gonna stick with this workout

    finished doing the whole video… i think im going to die.

  4. Ive done 30 Day Shred which is the easiest workout video that she has. I
    currently rotate between BFBM, NMTZ, Meltdown Yoga, and Kettlebell
    workouts. “DIG DEEP” and “get comfortable with being uncomfortable.”
    Stick with it, YOU CAN DO IT!!!! 

  5. Ugh I feel so bad!!! I barely made it halfway through this workout before i
    completely ran out of breath and collapsed 🙁 I’m 10 pounds overweight :((

  8. It would. Just keep your core stomach area tight while doing the punches
    etc I used to do this 2 times a week, think it was even a 40min workout
    version and it made such a big difference. I’m going to be doing this

    les deux jours pour avoir un résultat satisfaisant rapidement c’est bien sa
    ? Te contente tu seulement des exercice de cette vidéo ou pratiques en tu
    d’autre de Tabeo pour changer ? Est-ce qu’executer des exercice basique
    abdominale en parallèle pourrait aider a faire apparaitre les abdos ou celà
    n’est-il pas nécessaire ? Merci de tes réponses
