  1. I have a really bad self esteem. Im too scared to talk to strangers or
girls because i always think that they think im super weird. Im always
quiet in school and i only have a few friends. And when im with my friends
who have their friends with them that i dont know, i cant say a word. :(

  2. this video is just amazing i have really bad self Esteem but after watching
this it has made me reflect on my self and realize how i am and what iv
done that is great in my life

  3. Meditate and reflect, a good way to know yourself and how you adapt to the
environment. What are your capabilities, talents and skills. It will help
you to clear out your thoughts and have a positive outcome in life.

  4. This helped me a lot, thanks for doing these, my favourite one is number 8
which is helping others.. Mans think positive.. I’m an Asian and I don’t
get along with my other classmates in my school bcos they’re bullying me
and not treating me right. So instead of pushing myself with them, I tried
and avoid them cos no point hanging out with them! But it’s a very useful
video for everyone. So thanks :)

  5. i really have a pooor self esteem am too scared to talk to new people or
make friends because i have alot of scars and so i think they will turn me
    down…please help me!!!!

  6. Awesome! I have been working on all of these and it has made a tremendous
difference in my life. Thanks for sharing…..I will pass on the
    knowledge.

  7. heyy nyc list! bt i guess u need to add 1 more thing that is to visualize
urself going through a situation perfectly fine in which u usually panic
for example sme people may panic talking to a gal or during job interview
its always better to close ur eyes nd imagine da whole interview or
conversation going well it really gives u confidence when u actually face a
situation lyk dat…workd well fr me :):)

  8. I’m not good at thinking positive thoughts or finding good qualitys about
myself my skin in imperfect with scars and my “victories” just prove how
    much of a dumbass i am :(

  9. her face radiates so much positivity and joy.. great video
the 10 list is very helpful if you do them everyday before bed

  10. I’ve always heard this in school —
selfesttemselfesttemselfesttemselfesttem — and it sounds as fake back then
as it does in this YT. I really wish I could just change myself like she
says. Just ‘Press Delete’. Well, FUCKIN A; WHY DIDN”T I THINK OF THAT.
fucks sake. she makes it sound so easy. All the positive thoughts in the
world won’t make me get As, or keep my parents from screaming and
belittling me, or keep me from having the shit knocked out of me by
bullies. It never worked back then and as an adult I’m still a failure. I
really wish I could just cut out a part of my brain or get amnesia or un
brainwash myself. I hate me. it feels like the only way that’ll change is
if I eat a bullet. Everyone else wins and I lose.

  11. i feel like i dont wanna watch any other video after this , i dont wanna
spoil this moment of awesomeness created by this inspirational fantastic
    Niko Everett !

  12. i’m going to do my list of 10 things now ,i really need that change ,i’m 41
years old and got to the stage that i take diazipam just to feel good about
my self even though i have done nothing wrong.

  13. A fantastic communicator and true hero of the human spirit – I can’t help
thinking though from what is said here – her examples – is that the
deciding factor in boosting a person’s self-esteem was social-proof and
affirmative agreement from others. Not that this was necessarily having
your self esteem based on others views of you – but that having your
self-esteem and self-affirming voice accepted by others as “OK” was
significant in people gaining personal permission to feel good about
themselves – something maybe lacking in upbringing.

  14. i see this video now, again, and i see my list. the first thig that i put
on that list is “im prode that i have not yet killed myself”. i see this
    and im crying

  15. If you only have positive thoughts about yourself, wouldn’t you eventually
just become a narcissist. Negative thoughts are good for a reality check
    from time to time.
