I combine this 37 Minutes with 1 hour at school Gym Fitness class which
consists of running for long periods of time.
Excellent workout! Made me sweat! :D
I like this because it’s not difficult choreography as in some workouts –
but just plain simple hard work! At first I didn’t like that there was no
music since that gets me motivated, but I just play my own playlists in the
background and all is good!

Loved it!!! I lost a lot of weight but now i have a weightloss plateau. I
hope doing this kind of exercise 6 times a week will be enough to get my
weight loss going again… I don’t really have time to work out 1hr a day
.. this workout was great!

Your best bet is to stick with cardio, but sometimes your body ends up
getting used to a certain workout, and it becomes less effective, so always
change things up after several weeks. Maybe restructure this workout and
customise it with different exercises. Maybe go for jogs (or
treadmill/bikes), or swimming.
This is a great workout. I did it to day because I couldn’t go to the gym
due to really bad weather. It got me sweating halfway through.
