I have nothing against Dr. Oz. As he stated, he is a Heart Surgeon, MD.
However, he is NOT a Dermatologist. His specialty is not in skin care. He
can tell you the very basics as a MD to healthy skin/hair but if you want
to get more in-depth for health hair/skin, you need to see a specialist.
My issue is, MD are often seen as being “experts” for nearly everything and
they are not. That is why you have health care professions, MD’s and RN’s
alike, they do extra schooling or a specific specialty. This is mainly a
general comment about the health care practices.
eat healthy, exercise, have your spouse massage your scalp till you fall
asleep. there is no magic product for lazy people, strong hair for healthy
people (genetics is exception)

Dude I understand a lot of what your feeling. For nearly ten years I had
huge anxiety and body dysmorphic issues due to my hairloss. Your so right
when you say people who have not been through hairloss cant understand how
sufferers feel. Baldness in men is often treated as a subject for ridicule
and banter which can be hurtfull. Although your hair lose is slightly more
advanced then mine I would still recomend on the back and sides have below
a number 1 grade cut. Which yours is clearly not then having slightly more
length in the top and front. I understand you dont wanna skin head I dont
either but when the sides and back are thick and long I feel it highlights
the missing areas of the front. I now do not have any anxiety over my
hairloss which is amazing I never thought it would be possible but it is. I
used Rogaine and something called Nourkin for years which tbh mate did fuck
all just cost a lot. Please be carefull with the side effects of something
like Propecia but I hope it helps.

Well some studies show they do not increase life span and I am sure they
make u feel like shit. I dont know about them anyway. But I do know that
propecia can fuck anyone up at anytime possibly forever, there is no way to
know when or who it will happen to and why it happens. So I would not
reccomend the drug untill this is solved. Even then there are safer dht
inbitors like transdermal estradiol.
