Hi Nancy – Love all you have to share. Thank you. I have a couple of
questions and hopefully you can direct me. Google has a plug on/extension
that I’d like to add to Firefox if possible. The odd on deals with images.
In Google I found an extension – Search Google with this image. Does
Firefox have one similar? Does Firefox have an area that I can find
extension? I looked in settings and didn’t see one. Is there a similar
Open Source add on available. What I like about this is – by hovering
over. Right clicking. The picture shows up on another page referencing
any number of things – The site where it can be found. The name of the
person in the photo. It’s really great for doing research. Thanks I
appreciate it.
Although now I see it’s utility ware still my favorite

I really like the tips that this young woman has for new linux users.
I’ve actually used every one of these utilities at one point or another.
New Video! Here are my top open source utility programs to help boost your
computer’s performance.
What are your favorites?
Pretty sure that file is only stored on your own PC, so I do not really see
the big issue?
FileZilla is the best, even among the paid versions
Whoops, now I get what you meant!! I somehow forgot that Filezilla needs to
be able to read the password, not just verify that some password the user
entered matches a stored hash… somehow I got confused, sorry!… Yes, I
think you are right! 🙂 I can’t see a solution for that now… :-/
One more point to remember as well. All major servers on the internet, all
run Linux such as Youtube, Facebook, Myspace, Google, Yahoo etc etc.. They
do that for that very reason. You might think that all has to do with
servers but learn this, server software most generally is the Operating
System stripped of its GUI, server apps added for what ever there running
and there you have a server Operating system. nothing more and nothing less.
