  1. totally agree with the protein, multi vitamin and fish oil but all of the
other stuff i just think isn’t necessary a lot of the fat burners and pre
workouts seem like they have a lot of artificial crap in them that could be
bad for your health. i just take a caffeine pill before a workout if i feel
like a need a pick me up and some nitric oxide pills for better blood flow
    and more of a pump

  2. ATP is in all cells. Its used by the mitochondria to power all activities
of the cell. So I wonder if creation is good for whole body energy levels?

  3. im new to training i have whey and ordering my omega 3 tablets could i
order the multi-vitamins shown or is there anything i should take to ease
my way into them ( if that makes sense) thanks
    chris

  4. I am on a WL journey and I stopped drinking protein shakes because I
couldn’t lean out…………….good information on your video

  5. The three he most recommends is exactly the three I take. I’m cutting, so
I’m taking an isolate protein, I also take Orange Triad for my
multi-vitamin and I’m taking fish oil.

  6. Are you also Curious Pete? Do you ever think about doing something with guy
if he’s really ripped? Like in the shower at the gym.

  7. one of the best videos on the subject I’ve seen. now if he only could stop
the constant hand gesturing, that’d be greeeeeat.

  8. Hey guys im looking for a little bit of help. Im trying to get fit and sexy
for summer and i have about 15-20 more pounds to lose. I really would like
to get input from other peeps on what kind of protien and creatine i should
use for a beginner to supplements. Im 5’7 170lbs and 18 yrs old if that
helps. Also im cutting atm. If i could get some feedback it would be much
    appreciated. STAY FURIOUS ;)

  9. I can’t get in shape! I’m peeved and frustrated. Finally last month I
Googled Belly Busting Box and began utilizing their program. At this point
I’ve shed 12kg and intend on getting rid of more. Seems to be the only real
diet program that really works. If you’re having problems losing the
    weight, search for it!

  10. Do you reckon I could lose some weight with this approach? Belly Busting
Box just helped me lose four stones. Search for it and try it out. It’s the
only thing that’s working for me.

  11. Man, what about amino acids, i take Xtend right now and its pretty damn
awesome for recovery after a bulking workout :P

  12. Multivitamins aren’t worth the money. Chances are, you probably get enough
vitamins and minerals from your diet (assuming you eat your veggies). The
only time any sort of vitamin supplement is necessary is when an individual
is deficient in that particular vitamin. In that case, it’s only necessary
to supplement specific vitamins, not entire combinations of multivitamins.
Pre-workouts will give you more bang for your buck than multivitamins. No
    doubt.

  13. supplements are unnecessary, and he is too young for protein powder. Just
eat more protein if you’re that concerned.

  14. The reason to take protein powder is because A. It’s cheaper than most
whole foods, and B. It’s easier to prepare than a meal. If they don’t want
to buy you more protein powder tell them you need more chicken breast/whole
protein sources to build muscle and grow stronger.

  15. I only take protein powder or a whey flapjack when I’ve earned it for what
I did in the day or I don’t think I’ve had an adequate amount of protein

  16. I’m 20, I try not to eat processed foods and don’t take any supplements and
i gain strength while slowly lose fat… THE POWER OF YOUTH!

  17. Elliot so your saying ages 14-21 cannot take protein? Sometimes it’s the
quickest thing we could do because we got school and I can’t bring my
chicken and rice and eat that shit in class every hour

  18. I think once you reach 18 its viable to start taking supplements. I started
at 18 and my little brother started at 17 and he’s already my size if not
bigger. Of course he got a head start but since I’m at college I’ll see him
after a few months and his gains are definitely there every time. To add I
live with Texas Tech athletes on campus and they both take protein powders
daily and these guys are monsters. It’s pretty obvious protein powders at
    18 is viable IMO.

  19. I dont use supplements instead of fish oil…im a wrestler and yea….i
mean…u dont need supplements but they can help i guess

  20. Why the fuck does it say ”Elliot vs Mike Chang” on the right of suggested
    videos?!
    Seriously fuck Mike Chang…

  21. hey elliot im 14 and 145 pounds. i dont know how much my body percentage is
