We use clothes pins too! You get so many of them in a pack for such a small
amount of $$$ and I feel like we constantly need them!
Here are some simple (even silly) organizing tricks that we love around our
house. Do you have any unique tips for simple organizing? I would love to
hear them!
Love the dishwasher clean/dirty magnet.
We have always used clothes pins…works great! Nice video…love the tips
🙂 I have a stair basket. I don’t remember where I got it, but it is shaped
exactly like the stairs and fits perfectly. The top part of the basket sits
on the stairs, and then it “stair steps” down. Hard to describe. Our
bedroom is downstairs, so my basket is always full of my daughter’s things
and I make her clean out the basket on her way up at night. Great video!
Does ANYONE know of anything you can do with wire hangers? My husband gets
10 a week, and the thrift store’s don’t want them, they want allow us to
put them in the trash and I have 100’s of them, Just need an idea or a few
dozen idea’s on what I can do with them, they drive me bananas, I do slip
them in on my donation’s from time to time, just a couple of dozen at a
time, it looks like they’d want any type of hangers they could get since
they get so many clothes donated ! PLEASE HELP A SISTER OUT!
are you naturally this full of energy or do you drink lots of coffee?
Great tips +DoItOnaDime I bet girls could even use food coloring to dye the
Epsom Salt if they wanted a little color!
Great tips as always! I’m definitely going to have to give some of these a
try. I especially like the power strip cover.
Excellent ideas and keep them coming!
I purchased Alejandra’s Power Productivity Program and I must say it’s very
thorough. I admit, it’s a little OCD LOL but it’s really effective. I
started her program in Nov I think and I have to say I’ve stayed pretty
organized since then
My family has always dome the clean/dirty magnet for the fridge (since
before I can even remember!). I love the clothes pin idea though!!! Gonna
have to do that!
Love the magnet idea for the dishwasher! I’m so tired of hearing my
siblings yell across the house “Mom! Are the dishes in the dashwasher
clean??”
Also a great idea to be some cheap storage bins from the dollar store.
I have a bag of cloths pins that I had know use for — now I have a reason
to use them. Thanks.
Great tips…I really like the basket idea!
I love your dishwasher magnet idea! We use clothespins on our bags, too. I
buy them (where else?) at the dollar store. Great video! The recap at the
end was particularly helpful.
Great tips! I love your videos! About the clothespin is something really
really common here in Brazil, almost cultural. In fact here we joke saying
that use clothespin to close bags is “thing of the poor people”, but here
everybody use it anyway no matter the social class. My pantry have at least
10 sealed packages with clothespin at this moment.
We have used clothes pens to close bag for a long time. We have also used
binder clips
I learned the close pin trick from my best friend’s grandma. I don’t know
why I didn’t think of it before I saw her do it. I’ve used that trick for
20 years now.
Loved this one! We do the clothespins on our open bags as well. I dont use
epsom salt for makeup brushes but I do use it in my pen and pencil cup.
Cuts out the rattle and also helps keep pencil tips from breaking. We
velcro the remote as well. Our oldest hides it and our youngest walks off
with it. Those little bins work great for storing extra index cards too.
Love them! Thanks for sharing! I’m definitely trying the rest and maybe
even switching some things. Take care!
The “stair basket” idea saved my sanity when my kids were little. To this
day I have one, and YES, it works so well and my house almost always looks
tidy. Great video!
