Great advice and video. About once a year I coat the top of my fence with
dollar store vasoline, it doesn’t take much to put a slippery coating on
it. This helps keep the neighborhood kids from jumping the fence and
possibly the boogy man too. I have rose bushes under the windows, great big
thorny type. Also, well placed lights around the yard help at night. Even
cheap solar lights work well, the solar technology has come along way in a

Blackberries are a terrible idea. Sweet fruits like blackberries attract
more ants than you can fathom and they get to nearly everything in your
house and trash.
Blackberries are good for very distant cabins and garages, but not for
houses imo. No ant-attractants should be anywhere within 30-50 feet of
where you store food or trash.
Window bars are not a good idea my dads a firefighter and a lot of people
die because they are trapped
We want to know about any intruders well before they get to the door. To
accomplish that, we’ve installed solar-powered motion sensors, security
lights, and video cameras all around the outside of the house (as well as a
few other surprises, such as infrared trip sensors at all major entrances
onto our property). The dogs also alert us of visitors. After that, we
focused on the entrances into our home (doors & windows monitored by alarm,
etc), and plans for intruders should they actually gain entry. At this
point, we sleep quite well at night.

look, I watched mad max later in life, I heard it was a great movie. I was
expecting some kind of dystopian motorcycle joust. It was NOT a very
entertaining movie, actually I think it kind of sucked, Part 2 with lord H.
