  1. whenever i sit alone or stay still, both of my brains start stiffining at
the top .I need to keep on talking to avoid anxiety.Even while reading, i
    cant focus.what to do?

  2. Ok am i the only one who will look up things that they are feeling then put
it in the back of his head and later start getting a panic attack cause i
swear im having a heart attack, a stroke cause i felt tightness on the top
of my head, and stuff like that? and is it normal to feel like your body is
where you stand but your mind makes you feel like your in the twilight zone
or something? all i know is that having this sucks and people that dont
deal with anxiety thinking that its easy to control.

  3. Nice video 🙂

There’s also other ways of reducing anxiety that would work well in
    collaboration with this.

This is purely my opinion, but the list is (not limited to):
Acupuncture, TFT, EFT, Reiki, CBT forgiveness of self and others,
(Catholic) confession, yoga, BodyTalk, Hypnotherapy, Self-Hypnosis, better
    diet and/supplements (B-vitamins, vitamin C..) doing a 12 step program,
meditation, praying, getting a dog/cat, ‘Letting Go’ book, Sedona Method,
Zen Meditation, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, feldenkrais method,

Some of these may be more effective than others. I would categorize them in
three groups, physical, mental and spiritual (some are in two categories at
the same time, like, I believe, meditation is – it’s both mental and
    spiritual).

Mind over matter, the mind is more powerful than the body, so something
like CBT works on that level. Hypnotherapy or self-hypnosis works on the
mental as well. Nutrition and supplements work on a physical level. The
most powerful is the spiritual, which is something like forgiveness,
praying, 12 step, buddhism.. whatever religion or spiritual practice one
undertakes, over time it is likely to affect you and those around you in a
    positive way.

  4. does anyone else go really red when then have an anxiety attack or like
    start acting weird and twitching?

  5. This is amazing 🙂
I have had severe anxiaty attacks scince having two major health scares –
they turned me into a hypocoriac mess, little stresses of evryday life
would just send me into hysterical tears
I am still bad but this advice has calmed my anxiaty abit and at this stage
that is a great relief, its going to be a long journey to feel totally
    normal again.
    Thankyou

  6. I’m finding it so hard to find the right technique, I really hope this one
    works.

I had mild anxiety for a few years, only when trying to sleep, and I learnt
how to accept the feeling and cope with it.
But recently it has come back stronger now that I have started my new job,
and it happens frequently during the day time, even when I’m in the comfort
    of my own home.
Would stress trigger Anxiety? (I’m only fifteen) Thanks!

  7. I can’t wait to try this. I’m always searching for anything new that might
work for me. So tired of living as I have been. I very much like the energy
aspect of this technique. I associate my feelings with energy. I hope
    others can too. Thank you.

  8. Its like how our body communicates feelings to the brain threw the nervous
system. But I never thought you could send a message to that part of your
body like that. amazing! I feel like I’m more aware of my bodys messages.
less of a one way communication.

  9. Thank you so much for sharing this I will try it out for a few days and
give you feedback, thank you 🙂 xx

  12. You sing to the rhythm of my being. Your spirit in not only aiming to
challenge/improve yourself, but inspire others to do so is admirable. I
only discovered your videos today, currently in love with this series so
    far.

I wonder if you have read any Jungian philosophy (you should); it’s my
primary tool into my subconscious rn
