    script rebuttals and go back to refresh his methods to my sales methods.
    Works 100% !!! Mike Brooks is the Man!

  3. Mike is right on with his tactic for starting a conversation.
    I call it the 3-Step Start: Greet, Explain/connect (your name, why you are
    calling), and Ask Them something.

    It works – and you need to be ‘present’ to respond to what they say.
