  1. Too much rounding of the lower back, also when doing this particular
    exercise it is imperative that you keep a neutral spine …this means
    instead of watching directly down you need to look 4-5 feet ahead of you.
    He has his feet pointed outwards so the exercise is targeted more toward
    the vastus medialis rather than the entire quadriceps.

  2. If only fat people exercise like he does, then they wouldn’t be fat
    anymore. They will be thin and healthy like him.
