When I saw him for the first time in the Class Room, I was a bit surprised. I thought he would start with a big évidence on the subject of stress and how to handle it and all that! simply by quoting definitions and talking about the names of famous individuals.
He didn’t do that.
It was very interesting how he spread the subject of stress management for twenty one century youth. I am recreating his one-shot lecture upon stress management. It helped me and it might help you as well.
