Just stumbled on this and now I want to test out all my sites to see how
fast they are ;)
awesome features/updates coming to Chrome Developer tools.
chrome dev-tools rocks!
Need to learn the chrome dev tools more. Lot of features/power than I take
advantage of. The tools are actually a server/client w/ websockets/html/css
itself. Presentation has them using chrome dev tools to develop the dev
tools.
Lots of new features coming out including USB based debugging of #androidmobile web view already in canary. Also can auto save changes to the
filesystem allowing diff’ing and persistent changes.
Very interesting tips and tricks – especially around code editing from
Chrome and memory leak detection.
Must watch for any web dev. I didn’t even know it has so many features!
This is a very interesting talk about the developer tools in Chrome. I
especially liked the bit where he has three Chrome inspectors open
simultaneously: one inspecting a web page, another to inspect the first
inspector, and the third debugging a web worker.
The ability to undo/redo/diff changes within Chrome and to automatically
sync your edits back to the original css/js files were also new to me.
