    little bit distructing). I´ve been looking for some kind of yoga video for
    a very long time but none of them was that good! 🙂 I really like all the
    yoga poses, it´s just amazing. 🙂 I will start next week and will do this

  3. Good for balance and stretch, but I prefer Jillian’s yoga because I feel
    more of a workout with hers, plus stretch and balance.

  4. This is an awesome yoga exercise! Denis Austin has always been my favorite!
    I just turned 26 and let me tell ya, some of the poses were hard, but
    totally worth it! I should be able to do this easy! Yikes! haha!

  5. Great yoga workout. I did a 30 minutes pilate and a bit Jillian’s yoga
    workout before coming here. Despite I’m a beginner, both in pilate and
    yoga, I was still able to finish it. The only problem is that in some moves
    my wrist hurt. Overall, I like it. It was way better than Jillian
