  1. Can you for example focus on strength for your bench do the 1-5 reps and
then for fly’s for example do the usual 8 to 10 and other chest exercises?

  2. I find if i go super heavy though I cant go too fast on the eccentric…
Like if im squatting my max, i can’t do a 1 second decent.. its more like 2
    or 3.

  3. Hey elliot im looking to add strength but would still like to add some
muscle. Would a strictly strength building program still allow me to add
    some muscle?

  4. This guy has absolutely no idea what he is talking about. ZERO. Look at a
simple Rep/Max ratio chart and you will see. Total Garbage, but seems like
    a nice guy.

  5. Hey Elliot how do I follow Strength training if I can’t do any deadlift or
squat since I have a disc herniation? Thanks and more power to your channel.

  6. So you’re still going strong then 🙂 nah it’s okay man we’re all friends
here in Elliot’s community! That’s actually pretty true! I noticed I am so
much better at dips and pull ups than my friend who is so much bigger and
stronger than me! He can’t keep up with my pull ups and dips yet he can
lift twice as much as me in other exercises! I might give those explosive
push ups a try this christmas!

  7. So you are going to make another video about 5 principles of building
endurance? Well I’m kind of getting the idea allready! Thanks for that
Elliott. Sharing your views on this matter, so clear and easy is a real
gift! Expecially the “bonus principle” is awesome!
