Self publishing seems to be the best option, however I have one problem
with it – I don’t like the fact that you seem to be throwing your book at
the world with little to no advertising! If I were to do this, wouldn’t my
book just get lost in a sea of other miscellaneous stories that nobodies
ever heard about?

One of the primary benefits of self-publishing vs, traditional publishing
is that you are in control. It is your game and you can truly win in all
aspects because you have the final decision on everything that takes place.
No worrying if your book will end up like you wanted it to be or if you’ll
be disappointed with the changes. No one will make changes you do not want.
This is a huge and positive benefit to self-publishing.
