  1. I just did a pre-hire assessment test for a retail company and after 11
years of team management experience and certified training in individual
and team management I was told I received a score 30% for the management
job im over qualified for. So do they work? Hell No

  2. I just took one for Walmart I know I have 500% ability and experience and
it said I didn’t pass the test, complete bullsh it. I just want a job. I
am qualified for numerous jobs except for some stupid assessment test
designed by some Marxist professor in a university.

  3. being laid off and trying to seek a job as electrical tech or pharma
manufacturing operator i have been subject to all these ‘basic” aptitude
tests, and they are all mathematics and reading comprehension, just think
its BS because soem ppl might not be good test takers but def have the
skills and knowledge to perform the job. Why dont they give all the ppl in
the offices or HR an exam to take prior to hiring, nope only the blue
    collars get fucked!!

  4. I’m hoping other people with ADHD, ADD, Autism and such like will relate
their tales about filling out these “tests”.

  5. Cider I’ve watched this video several times now and I’m watching it again
now that I’m suddenly creating popular videos. I wanted to thank you for
the incredibly informative and helpful video you have here and for being an
inspiration as a filmmaker. I wish you all the best in the future and will
continue to support you for as long as you are creating content.

    Cheers,
    Michael “randomy” Raymond

  6. Absolutely amazing. I’m not interested in doing anything of the sorts, but
the info you’re giving is very interesting and makes one think about a lot.
    Thank you.

  7. You should make content for Lynda.com You were way better than any video
I’ve seen on there because you feel real.

  8. no fucking WONDER I loved watching your videos, you wrote tankspot. Often a
guide I went to first when struggling on any fight specifically in 2nd
expansion. You give solid thought out advice

  9. This was a very interesting video to me, as I’ve started doing Youtube
recently as it’s always been my passion in life to work with online
communities. At the moment I’m mostly just releasing edited/non-edited
shenanigans I have in League of Legends. Somewhat similar to what good old
Grasshyren used to do. If that interests anyone, perhaps you could give
some criticism on my videos, as I don’t get that many comments. I believe
my videos to be entertaining, but that’s for the viewers to decide.

  10. I have a few questions regarding starting out recording video’s, if it’s
alright to post it here. First off, what software is good for recording
video? Something with good options, but not heavy on the wallet. Secondly,
what for recording audio? I know most bigger people use a second audio
program for “incase” things don’t pick up. And third, what for a mic? I
only have a basic head-set mic, but it picks up background noise. Thanks in
    advance.

  11. Ciderhelm, your voice has got to be one of your greatest assets. It takes a
lot to make me listen all the way through a 40-minute video, but I never
get tired of listening to your voice.
