    like to exercise together sometimes, or go to the beach in the summer. This
    past weekend I brought friends to our cabin in woods. I usually prefer to
    shop alone, but I will shop with my girl friends sometimes, too. My husband
    and I also like to have people over for movie nights. Hope this helped if
    you see it!

  2. Some really good advice here. For me it was exercise and a high protein
    diet. No sugar at all. Water is all I drink .I was never really overweight
    , I just wasn’t fit. I spoke to someone who told me what to eat and I
    dropped the weight .Also get plenty of sleep. Many overweight people don’t
    get enough sleep.

    loss plans and that is very important is to steer clear of restaurants and
    not only fast food outlets…

  8. It’s great to see your results and hear your weight loss story. It’s
    interesting that everyone who loses a large amount of weight always says
    they gave up the sugar, fast food and soft drinks AND EXCUSES! You are
    really mature for your age, well done on your inspiring transformation. :-)

  9. I lasted less than 3 minutes. Wow, you sound like a barrel of fun! No
    sugar, no alcohol, you don’t eat out..so much negativity! I know these are
    all things that can help with weight loss but jeez, just do all that, in
    moderation! 

  10. Why starve yourself or limit your food intake when you can live in
    abundance, eat as much as you want, and still lose weight? If you follow a
    low fat HIGH CARB vegan diet, you will lose weight at a good rate. Nothing
    in life is a quick fix, unless of course you want to recoil and damage your
    metabolism and binge. PLEASE, I urge anyone who is watching this video to
    check out FreeLee the BananaGirl on youtube, and check out her weight loss
    videos. She is extremely fit and hot and she got there by eating at least
    20 bananas a day! BANANAS FOR THE WIN! She eats in abundance of sugar and
    sugary fruits and veggies, along with grains and starch. It is so important
    to LIMIT YOUR FAT INTAKE NOT SUGAR INTAKE. Fat is the culprit of high blood
    sugar, because fat blocks the absorption of sugar into cells, therefore
    causing a high amount of sugar in your vessels. Every cell in your body
    runs off of glucose, or sugar in other words. When you are undercarbed your
    brain does not function well, nor does your metabolism. Please this is a
    life changer to everyone. It is the truth, and the way to live with health,
    abundance, beauty, and peace in your life. Also check out Durianriders on
