i love you! this was awesome!
Would this help me lose weight? Or would I have to do some cardio as well?
Yay for #detox tea + #detox #yoga! Thanks +Yoga With Adriene for another
fabulous video! ♡
the word detox is used to freely. Only 1% of sweat are toxins. The liver
and kidneys are capable of doing it on their own.
awesome video
Love this sequence! I always feel so much after I do yoga! Keep up the
great work :)
Amazing I feel so good!
Just perfect ;)
I absolutely love the twists, feeling great!
You are seriously so super cute and funny. I love your videos; they’re so
lighthearted and joyful. Keep it up!
Best yoga video i’ve seen on youtube so far and I’ve been looking for
awhile.
Would you recommend a warm up before you practice? If so what kind would it
be? Thank you
Hello, i just started yoga and i love how i feel after this practice. Can
anyone tell me how this help with detox and digestion of the body please?
thank you adriene for the video, im starting to fall in love with this! :D
Great video, especially all your helpful comments on alignment and
positioning. I can tell you know your stuff. Keep it up! I have subscribed.
🙂
(One tip: it would be awesome if you didn’t have loud talking at the end
right after you’ve left us in shavasana. It’s very jarring and totally
pulls the viewer out of the calm state you’ve helped us to create. But
other than that, this video is just about perfect.)
Adriene, when I do plank pose I often have a lot of pain in one knee – it
feels as if the muscle on the top of the thigh flexes too quickly and
somehow catches the kneecap, moving it in a really uncomfortable way. When
doing plank in a flow, sometimes the move happens so fast that I’m not able
to ease into the pose and my kneecap goes all wonky – any ideas on how I
can avoid this? It’s not just plank that causes the problem, but that is
the pose that exacerbates this the most often and the worst. Would love to
hear what you think! Thanks!
She’s so funny I love her <3
