  1. Hey Ladies! I thought we’d do something fun…Let’s make Wednesdays count.
    Starting today they will now be known as “Walking Wednesdays”!!! Leslie has
    the BEST exercise vids for walking away the pounds! Even for those of us
    who already have an exercise regimen, these vids are great to just get them
    legs moving and heart pumping right in your living room. The kids can even
    join in! So everyone jump in today, when you’re done share your success
    with the group. Let’s celebrate together as we walk a mile today!!

  2. I cant find the weight belt with the weights where she has in the five mile
    walk I loved theses videos I still got some body fat but working on it I
    have lost at least over 13 pounds of water weight im bout 125 right now
    trying get passed 120 to 118 at least .

  3. I love this! Ive been doing daily walking exercises at home and it helped
    me with my depression. Now i can do this exercise with my favorite music
    even without watching leslie.

  5. I recently started working retail, and I can’t believe how well I’ve stayed
    in shape during the dreaded holidays (I usually gain weight during
    Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas) just by constantly moving and
    walking around a big store. Unfortunately I was only seasonal help, so I’m
    not going to be as active for a little while. Thank goodness I found these
    videos! Thank you!!

  7. I start today with the exercise, im from the netherlands and have
    Fibromyalgie(reumatism ). i did it not in ones i must sit down 5 times
    because my right hip hurting somuch but i did the 1 mile in 28 minuts. I
    wil do this week the 1 mile againe and hope i will need less sit downs. I
    enjoy the you tube, have nice time all
