  1. Wow, I just did my first Yoga following the video, I could barely lay
    straight on ground and lift my feet over me, because the spine pressure was
    kinda painful in center (not escaping to left/right side). After the video
    the position felt way more comfortable. :)

  5. Hey Adriene! I was wondering if you could make a sequence for soreness. Or
    maybe not specifically for soreness but a sequence for post-workouts. I
    sometimes forget to stretch after runs and workouts and I become extremely
    sore the next day. I heard yoga was a good way to relax the muscles after
    working the body. Just a suggestion! Love what’s been coming this year!

  7. why does this have to be branded as a woman type of exercise. Sexist as
    fuck. Millions of guys walking around clutching their backs in pain but to
    proud to do yoga all because certain organisations brand it in a feminine
    way. heheh

  8. This is a great routine but it’s a bit quick, I’d like to follow along with
    the video without pausing and un-pausing it but still be able to spend a
    little more time in each pose. Also … Tara sounds a bit like an
    auctioneer while she’s explaining the poses.

  10. i did this routine yesterday evening and this morning before breakfast and
    i already feel a lot better! it’s a really relaxing, yet somewhat
    challenging workout for beginners! thanks tara! you are amazing!

  11. The video is well done, thanks for it, but the background music is not
    appropriate and the teacher speaks a bit too much “airplane hostess” style.

  12. You do them too quick! Beginners need time to see the pose and then do it.
    I likes the poses but just found it went too quickly
