  1. hey, im in the us marines right now about to get out in a few months and am
    applying to the police forces in ontario(dual citizen originally from
    ontario). im looking to do this test soon and watching this im just
    wondering if there are things in technique to watch out for while
    conducting this test. im mainly talking about the push pull drill because
    im sitting here wondering why she is going so slow. are you looking for
    slow control of the machine, or does it not matter how far you arc around
    as long as the weight stays lifted the whole time?

  2. Police work is 99.9% pure boredom and .1% sheer panic. Could you possibly
    imagine how long an officer would stay on the job, sane, if what you saw on
    TV shows was real. How could they last more than a month let alone reach it
    to pension.

    quiet and beautiful city clean .. I was cn tower, Casa Loma, niagara falls,
    canada wonderlan, tim hortons .. I love your city, the population is very
