  1. nice one:) I used to use that teriyaki sauce baked with salmon and then
roll the teriyaki salmon into sushi with cucumber, avocado and carrot.

  2. Homemade Teriyaki sauce is better than a bottle/jar. Just add soy, mirin
and sugar to the pan (Don’t know the quantities, I just do it by eye) with
your meat and veg and let it reduce down a bit! Also, Spring Onions form
part of the holy trinity of chinese cooking, along with ginger and garlic.
Add those to a disk, gonna be amazing! Stir Frying is just fast, cheap and
    easy! It’s all about balance!

  3. whenever i try to make stir fry, when i add the sauce the smoke gets
extreme. am i supposed to lower the heat when i add the sauce?

  4. looks sooo yummy. btw, your vids are also enjoyable to just play and zone
in and out. Not getting high or anything. It is relaxing to watch them. No
stress about what is going on. I just wish they were longer for this
purpose. I really enjoyed the 45 minute one where you show basics. It was
nice to just relax and watch without having to constantly find more vids.
    Grazie.
