  1. “Lack of direction, not lack of time, is the problem. We all have
twenty-four hour days.” – Zig Ziglar

  2. Are you interested in achieving your goals or are you committed to
achieving your goals? By committing you’ll learn, rehearse, practice and
drill to get what you want. Committed people stop blaming their
circumstances, skin color, people, economy, education and any other
circumstance for not having the life they want. Instead they put all their
attention and focus on how they will and can achieve their goals.

Planning the goals was easy for me but wasn’t accomplishing anything.
However, watching this video made me realized the missing parts. John
Assaraf explains there’s more than setting goals in order to reach them.

This is what Assaraf discovered that affects goal achieving

    1. Goals – know what you want
    2. Strategies(what you need to do) + tactics(how you need to do it) +
    process(a system to follow)
    3. Habits – Good habits to achieve goals, for example, read your goals
    every morning.
    4. Beliefs – am I good enough, smart enough, do I deserve success, do I
    have what it takes?
    5. Discover your big why – why is it important for you to achieve those

  3. Good stuff, I admire the fact that he tries to help others isolate the
reasons why they fail to achieve their goals.

However, with full honesty, each speaker on this subject understands the
general idea of achieving goals–what they don’t do is just simplify the
core concept for what it is.

IF a goal is possible, all that matters is the level of your desire in
realizing this goal. It doesn’t matter how far away or close this goal is,
if you don’t desire it it may as well be impossible. This concept sounds
blunt, but there is more truth to it than we like to believe (as I have
found myself avoiding it too through time).

It is tough to accept the full responsibility for our own inadequacy, and
it is something I tried talking about so feel free to bring your opinions
so we can both learn and grow. That is all, no more no less

  4. John thank you for your powerfull videos. By following your tips I’ve
attracted my dream job. Thank you very much for spreading such a valuable
    content. Wish you health

referral marketing is what built Christianity in the first place.
Referral marketing strategies is the very reason for the rise of mobile
    applications in the first place.
Additionally the network marketing business model is thriving in today’s
put in layman’s terms Multi Level Marketing is all grown up now, and does
not have a negative connotations in years past.
Now it is a click the mouse on a social media platform a person can make
a commission on almost any product known this is good but more like
couponing. However in the last 2 years there’s an interesting trend when
it comes to the mobile application industry. That is sharing the wealth!
there is a platform called TRULi Christian based in nature that will allow
any user do broadcast message to the world and the key elements to this
platform are it is absolutely free to the broadcaster and a commission

  7. because of this video I realized that guilt about spending money, worrying
what will last because I’m spending money on opening a business, and
accepting changes are all preventing me from taking steps to bring this

  8. Really liked this one. Do you think that the second point of goals can be
“big& compelling but achievable”? I am conscious that if you set a really
high goal, failure in it can mean success. If somebody strives for 100
million dollars net worth, and ends up having 20 or 30 million, it would
still be a heckuva lot of money. The problem I see is that if someone falls
too short of that goal, a negative belief about oneself cycle can get
reinforced. On the other hand, I hate the word unrealistic, but being in
the finance field, I’ve seen too many people who think they’re the next
Warren Buffet or George Soros striving with little to no effort.

  9. Can you make a video about how to overcome jealousy and competition with
others in order for it to be emulation?

  10. how long did it take you to quit your job and move out on your business?
Great video by the way it really helped a lot!!

  11. I’m having trouble understanding my truest/highest values. My life have
been mostly around pleasing others and fulfilling other people’s wishes. I
    don’t know what I want.

  12. Hi Leo, I found your YouTube channel and thank god I did because boy did it
help me watching your videos.. but can I request that you make a video on
how to communicate effectively? just like communication… I am super
socially awkward and I have trouble talking with others, finding words to
say, how to even respond and just how to….. BE! and yes Ive watched your
video on how to be yourself but the truth is.. I dont know who my true self
is to BE that way around others I guess im alright when im by myself but
yeah I’d appreciate it if you got back to me… thanks! :)

  13. Hey Leo, another great video! So many powerful points here, I had to watch
it twice to get it all. My question is, what if you want to give your life
an overhaul? Say you want to lose weight, strengthen and improve your
marriage and friendships, revamp your career after taking time out after
having kids… where on earth do you start? Sure I can write down goals
for all of these things but I’m not sure which one to start with. I am
especially suceptible to overwhelm and having written down my goals before
I found I was freaking out on how I was going to achieve them all. Trying
to maintain step by step work on each goal on a daily basis gave rise to
panic because I couldn’t physically keep up with all my goals. In what
    ways can I combat this?

  14. Leo, i like your videos, they are so motivational and inspirational, thank
you, they are helping me a lot) can’t wait when you make next videos, when
    will next videos come?

  15. Very good video. One possible hint is to make ur video clips from 7 to 12
minutes, i.e. VERY specific, like the first rule 🙂
Question: How can I access ur video about values identification?

  16. Yeah …all you have to do in order to reach your goal is to work
hard, think about it as you said every day even every min and every sec…
success is 99% of work and 1% of talent, so go unstuck your ass from couch
and is enough of your laziness! !
