  1. I can’t seem to find that type of whey powder all of them say super advance
    whey powder. Where did you get yours at? Also can I use this of my every
    day morning and lose weight? Or do I need to do the fast diet weight?

    was you could lose 20 in 20 days? I can’t imagine drinking one smoothie a
    day…..I would most certainly DIE!! Did I misunderstand?

  3. I drink a smoothie just like this every day with lo-fat milk and I freeze
    my bananas to avoid the ice part. I too did not know about the green part
    of the banana shows lower sugar content. Although, I have to eat food and
    not just a drink for a meal, so I have a salad with plain tuna and lemon
    juice for dressing.
    One important thing I didn’t see here is no mention that exercising is a
    major part in dieting.

  5. if your a vegan, you can’t use the whey protien. so you need to substitute
    the whey protien not just the cottage cheese. whey protein comes from milk
    0.o

    comments. As far as a juicer goes, I’ve heard that the Breville is a good
    one, however, I’d recommend a Vitamix over a juicer.
