  1. In regards to the estate record of his father, the people filling it out
were probably of the opinion, “What does a 3 month old need any money for?”

  2. Ancestry.com has a wealth of free information as well as online-classes to
assist you in your search. The Learning Center is a great place to start!

  3. i remember my father doing things very similar to this back in the late
90’s using AOL dial up. he found enough information to make a large family
tree for both his and my mom’s side all the way back to our immigration. he
was proud of it and helped other people make their own trees. if only he
would have thought to get a patent 🙁

  4. Join a local genealogical society! Most offer lots of programs for nominal
dues-mine is only $15/yr. You will meet genies of all levels of expertise
who are willing to share info & help you with your research. Besides you
will meet kindred spirits & get so much more out of your “digging”! Go for
    it!!

  5. I am an ABSOLUTE amateur when it comes to genealogy. Can someone point me
to some basic resources? Free would obviously be the best, but I am also
willing to pay for quality. Videos, websites, anything you can think of
would be great! Thanks in advance to those willing to help out!!! 🙂

  6. good morning im having alot of problem i really dont know to much on my

  7. I am searching my great grandparents Fennimore Bailey and Ella O’Daniels
Bailey from Lambertville, NJ. Ella was born to Caroline Cooper and Joshua
O’Daniels but I don’t know anything beyond that. Anyone with additional
information would be greatly appreciated. Thanking you in advance.

  9. Google your local Latter-Day-Saint Family History Center. You do not have
to be a member of the LDS Church to have access and FREE Instruction on how
to start and become an advanced searcher. They have many helpful
volunteers, and provide excellent, invaluable hands-on assistance.
Materials and some pamphlets/books, and other publications are mostly, and
usually, also, FREE!!! Pedigree Charts and other valuable tools are at your
disposal. More info at “family search dot org”, no spaces w “.”
