Here I will begin with something that happened many years ago. It was when I attended the college in 1994 within Princeton.

When I saw him for the first time in the Class Room, I was a bit surprised. How could this sort of a human being who is typical of their Eastern reigns, be our own “Stress Management” Professor? their stiff face seemed incapable of generating any smile! ranges appeared on his forehead, even before he was making efforts to start their career in our College with his first lecture on “Stress Management. ” I was a bit anxious and eager to take pleasure in his maiden performance!

I thought he would start with a big évidence on the subject of stress and how to handle it and all that! simply by quoting definitions and talking about the names of famous individuals.

He didn’t do that.

It was very interesting how he spread the subject of stress management for twenty one century youth. I am recreating his one-shot lecture upon stress management. It helped me and it might help you as well.
