  1. Got good news for myself my Y-DNA is R1b1b2a1a2f*
    And my mtDNA L2a1c
My Y-Chromosome is more common in Northern Ireland and among the Scottish.
(Stephen Colbert is also apart of this subgroup).
My maternal is common in Southeastern and Eastern Africa.
I will get my composition in a week or possibly in a fewer days will post
    whenever I can.

  2. @Tia Moon it is not impossible to trace a line back to antiquity what can
be difficult for a geneticist is tracing a specific lineage back to a
region or geographical location, especially with complex histories of both
    African Americans and West/Central Africans.

  3. Whole globe that melanted people populated. And we only talk about Africa.
Whole earth was black. All life came from africa. What is the DNA test to
    prove.

  4. why in the hell do you even put east asian ancestry on lopez show when it’s
clear that 100% of americans of usa are not of east asian ancestry because
east asians were never in slave trade/colonization/used for inbreed in that
continent??? which is the reason why you do this test in first place, to
know who fuck who over? you racist amerikkkan son of a bitches. so you can
show that dirtbag america has nothing to do with asians?

  5. Are we to believe that African Americans are not related to Cleopatra of
Egypt!? They are not related to the Pharaoh’s of Egypt!? Most come from
    West Africa!? Wow shocker!

indians classified as negroes on slave markets in seville spain?. This was
in 1493. Africa wasnt even colonized into much later.

  9. Brand spankin new video on “Researching Newspapers for Genealogy for FREE.”
Lots of great sites to visit and find articles about your ancestors. Did I
mention that these are free sites?

  10. And for my final post today, to get some “meat” going in this community,
here is a link to a tutorial I did a couple of months ago regarding
    Searching Free Archives.

PLEASE – everyone share what you know and/or what you would like to learn!

  11. Thank you Mr. Marks for the very helpful information/resources….you
explained it very well and you also made it quite interesting to watch all
the way through rather than being boring. Thanks again for sharing and
    uploading.

  12. This one is not free but you can get at least 3 page views free at british
newspaper archive and there are a number of links on Wikipedia list of
online newspaper archives. Wish I could help you more. Sorry.

  13. Thanks very much. Yes that company and Findmypast, have been scanning
newspapers, but its not comprehensive and they charge a large fee to view.
There is a national public archive to visit in London-to see the papers,
but nothing in-between! really. You are lucky to have so many available
    online..a free press!

  14. The Google newspaper archive is great – but seems all
Canadian/Australian/USA papers…where can I find free BRITISH newspaper
    archives please?
