I know I have a lot of subscribers interested in transitioning to become a vegetarian. Here are 3 big mistakes many people make in the process.

If it hops, walks, swim, crawls, breathes slithers and had a mom and a dad.
Don’t eat it.
Eat to live not live to eat.
Your skin’s so beautiful!

Cheese is cow snot . Google it.

I don’t like milk, bloats my belly
I hate cheese( unhealthy thing that gives me pimples the size of cheese)
Geez can’t be a vegetarian
Good luck to you all vegetarians
As long as you don’t eat fish because it’s an animal too right?? And eggs
are unhatched chickens right
I’d advise peeps to do thier research before jumping into vegetarianism
I LET GO OF THE MEAT 2 YEARS AGO BUT I HAVE TO SAY LETTING GO OF DAIRY WILL
BE THE MOST DIFFICULT FOR ME……
So true. I experienced the same thing when I became a vegetarian. I’ve been
on and off for the past 7 years.
Number 3 is me all day..
I’m starting with vegetarianism, then transitioning to veganism.
I used to be uptight about my vegetarian diet. I didn’t know how to handle
being one of the only vegetarians in my house. I used to be a douche bag
about it. And now I am very subtle about it and being on team veg has
completely changed my personality. I’m more frugal now and am more aware of
my life and the people in it. Now I cook food for my family and I really
impress them rather than tell them about how their egg omelets are made of
hen periods.
The biggest mistake I made when I first became Vegetarian was eating junk
food because I was not very informed on the vegetarian diet options. Being
Vegetarian has been great and I hope to become a Vegan at some point. Just
as a side note, I find it very annoying when people question my choice to
be a Vegetarian, I don’t question their choice in eating habits. I don’t
mind a curious inquiry but I hate when people ask me as if its a crime to
be Vegetarian.
Do you have quorn in the U.S.?
You have such beautiful skin! 🙂 <3 Thanks for everything.

as a uk vegetarian for 15 years this year i couldn’t agree more with every
point, and am also guilty of them all :3
what’s wrong with Morningstar?
I’m really considering going vegetarian with little dairy, both of my
children have asthma and bad sinuses. Kids also pick over their food and I
end up throwing away the majority of the meat I cook, I’m a single parent
and that’s expensive ! Did you save money on your groceries by eliminating
expensive meats ?
Hi! Thank you for your video! It helped me since I switched to the
vegetarian diet a week ago! And plus, I’m also in Korea, at KAIST for one
semester. Since there is not really any vegetarian restaurant where I am,
I’m eating just fruits, vegetables and rice… Not very fancy, but I don’t
have a kitchen in my dorm so I don’t really have a choice, and I did not
want to wait until my return in France to switch to the vegetarian diet.
Because it might even be harder since my family is african and they love
chicken!
Agreed, You make sure your getting enough calories from fruits, too much
fats from any sources…if you lack high calories in fruits, you wont have
the energy to get though the day. fruits give you good energy!! Raw fruit
based with lots of veg vegans, low fat/sodium do amazing. I know people who
eat 3000cal in fruits and are lean strong beans.
Could not think of any greater mistakes. Great video. One thing I would
like to point out: I love the fact that – aside from educational purposes –
your videos also generate tons of discussions, thus leading to a great
amount of gathered information.
I’ve seen vidz w ramen noodles instead of bread on burgers . Try lettuce as
bread w bean spouts on a vegetarian burger/sausage .
Yeah…no heart disease, cancer, obesity, diabetes, asthma, osteoporosis,
etc….it sucks…I have to suck a lot of fruits…being a vegetarian
sucks…
Gracias! Me siento mejor!!!
Oh you can definitely find some unhealthy vegetarians/vegans. Especially if
you’re eating processed vegetarian products. I believe that
vegetarianism/veganism is a lifestyle. So If you’re exercising and eating
whole foods (not all vegetarians eat healthy) then you should automatically
knock off 3-4 of those on the list. It’s not only what you eat it’s how you
live 🙂
