Where do they exercise the cars? Do they literally just drive them out in
public, circle the parking lot, or do they have a track? Is the only
exercise they get is when they are moved around in the garage and on and
off the showroom?

Most of the vehicles in the collection are driven to keep them in working
order. We weren’t able to take any out when we were there.
The tennis balls stop debris entering the inlets while parked for long
periods. Old hotrodder trick.

Only time they should not be driven is when you’re driving the others.
