  1. This is the kind of training, we on my team with Gano Excel use. Join us
    and succeed. http://us.ganoexcel.com/lockettshp

Readers of Ziglar’s other how-to-succeed books will know what to expect:
formulas and slogans by the dozen, illustrative anecdotes (often drawn from
his own experiences), a few facts of behavioral psychology made easy, and
some arrestingly provocative statementsamong them “You can have everything
in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they
want!” As a rule, success-winning formula books tend to ignore the problems
presented by the differences in people’s individual capacities, with the
result that they too easily assume the practice by everyone of a few simple
principles will guarantee success. Ziglar’s book is no exception to this
rule, but, all things considered, it is a cut above most titles of this
kind. A. J. Anderson, Graduate Sch. of Library & Information Science,

    Thank you, Zig

My teacher Zig Ziglar died this morning. He was 86.

Thanks for teaching me how to sell and why it mattered.

Thanks for reminding me how much it mattered to care.

Thanks for telling us a fifteen-minute story about Johnny the Shoe Shine
Genius, so compelling that I flew to the airport just to meet him.

Thanks for 72 hours of audiotapes, listened to so many times I wore out the
    cassettes twice.

Thanks for that one day we spent backstage together in Milwaukee.

Thanks for making goal setting so clear.

Thanks for elevating the art of public speaking, and making it personal,
    not something to be copied.

Thanks for believing in us, the people you almost never met in person, for
supporting us with your voice and your stories and your enthusiasm.

Thanks for teaching so many people, people who will continue to remember
you and to teach as well.

    You’ll be missed.

  3. Zig, you always will be an inspiration to the salespeople of USA and the
Globe…Than You for all your teachings, training, upbeat personality and
    positivism.

  4. Success, Love & Abundance….. Don’t just “happen” by accident…. The
Slight Edge (by Jess Olson) teaches that what we do DAILY if what leads a
person too success….. It’s so “slight” that most people it….. Time is
your most valuable asset don’t take it for granted….. Discover how to?

  5. Rich, I am sorry your father didn’t say I love you enough. Do you know what
Zig did before his speaking career? I am 45 years old and my dad introduced
me to Zig when I was in elementary school. Because of what Zig teaches I
have made over a 2 million dollars in my working career in sales. If I
could teach people to sell and make 2 million dollars a year instead of
career I would. Let me see you fill large halls with people who want to
hear you speak and not call it sales you might be right.

  6. Prime your mind to spot opportunity. In Zig’s training, this means offering
more to your existing customers. How many would let opportunity slip away
because they might say “They won’t want it even if I do” or “I don’t want
to offend them.” W. Clement Stone said “If there is something to gain and
nothing to lose by asking, by all means ask!” So ask! Someone might say
    “Yes!” Thanks for posting.

  7. Victor I was more than impressed you gave me hope and unbreakable will to
become the best salesman, my own business , my own working machine.

  8. I’ve been offered a sales specialist job recently, but I’m not sure I’m the
right kind of person for this. I’m kinda shy and not really quick on my
feet with talking to people. And the prospect of quotas and pressure to
meet them kinda stresses me out, rather than giving me energy.

  9. Victor: – What about when you are selling a service or product that is not
different than the competitors… How do you stand out in the crowd? How do
you sell more than other reps in your market?

  10. this video enlightens me in selling industry, i have a new job and its

B2C selling (working in an IT retailer while studying) but I am new in B2B
    selling.
