  2. Glad to hear you’re getting started!! I think the key isn’t where to start
    (this would be a good place!) but to make sure you exercise at your own
    pace — from the beginning you want to make sure you’re comfortable, and
    once you get into a nice workout rhythm you can start to “push” yourself.
