  2. For me I eat plain oatmeal, veggies/fruit, lean chicken and cut out as much
    bread and sweets as I can. It works! I stock up on fiber and protein

  3. I would recommend spicy sweet potato ‘burgers’ it’s egg whites, cooked
    sweet potato, ground coconut, hot chilli powder, and other stuff all mixed
    together, I like to put a bit of red onion and sweet corn in too then you
    cook in almond oil in a saucepan I usually have it with veggies ^.^ :)

  4. I like salad too ! But I also like poutine ….oh well…then I gain weight
    instead XD

  5. the meal with the shrimp looked amazing and your salads looked good too
    which is weird for me because I’m not a salad person. Definitely going to
    start searching for some good salad “recipes” online. Great vid as usual!
