I decided back in 1997 to skip the whole marriage thing. Paid off my condo
in 11 years. Bought a nice house 2 months ago and as soon as I can get that
condo fixed up and rented, it will cover over half my house payment. I plan
to have the house paid off in about 6 or 7 years. If I had married, the
wife would probably have taken everything, tossed me out on the street and
moved on to the next guy. That would have caused a severe depression that
could have easily ended in suicide. I’ll stay single

every day with my best friend. And I have sex EVERY DAY! Sometimes more,
