  1. I am testing the “new” connected comments for You Tube. There must be an
opportunity here somewhere. This guy has a few good points.

Outsourcing is always thougt as a way of reducing cost. However it has many
forms can be tailored to different organizations. In resource-based
theories, outsourcing maybe a disaster for betray VRIN reources to third
party. However, in most cases, outsourcing is a effective method to improve
    organizational performance.

  3. Totally right! It depends on the location and also we should consider the
population in that area and costs of living.

  4. @gwenanna91 I believe with the flexibility they have to work with employers
overseas directly gives them a better life. They are getting paid higher
wages compared to working for an employee locally as well plus they have
the flexibility to work from home. In addition the type of people we are
talking about outsourcing too are IT and VA staff, not manufacturing, which
is something I do not know too much about..

  5. @gwenanna91 I don’t believe that’s true. It depends on the location. Some
places are very modern and very clean conditions for workers.

  6. Some manufacturers exploit unskilled workers who have no rights under
horrible conditions. However, Tyrone is contracting with educated, skilled,
independent, freelancers. While the money that they earn from him might be
low by developed country standards they are considered very high in their
own countries where living costs are much lower. Does he owe the people in
his own country a job or does he owe it to his customers to get them the
best value for their money by keeping his costs down?

  7. Outsourcing can be good for a Chicago Gas Company, and reduces cost. But it
can be bad for Chicago residents, because they can’t work. Almost
everything that we buy in retail stores are made in China, Japan, India,
Haiti, South Korea, and other countries. Great Video.

  8. Life is short, you need to choose whether if it’s good for you or not. It’s
important to know the advantages and disadvantages of the company you’re
working. Thank you for the tips! keep it up!

  9. what the hell are you talking about? “Business owners will be successful
doing it themselves”. No, they hire a web developer and put them on the
books, instead of hiring an outsourcing company, who hire a web developer
to put them on their books, take a cut for themselves, underpay the web
developer and fire him the second they loose projects because they promised
the world in signing the deal and cant/dont deliver! its the biggest scam
    around !!

  10. Nice intro on the basics of entry … Biggest Con to me is the “fear” of
losing the same amount of time I’m trying to get back in writing
specs/babysitting workers/getting the result I wanted Pro is getting rid of
mind numbingly dull tasks that are easy to outsource to those willing to do
it at prices that seem nice and cheap to me.
