    of chinese cook. I never treat the chinatown cook as chinese cook.
    Good intro video, but don’t take what they cooked as chinese cooks,
    disgusting…

    a pretty bold claim. I would have thought that happened sometime during
    Marco Polo’s time, or thereabouts. But 30 years ago? C’mon. I may have
    enjoyed this program but with such a claim from the outset, hmmm…I just
    had to comment and pass.

  3. For someone (Ching He Huang) who is apparenly leading the next generation
    of Chinese cooks needs to be more open and taste the foods instead of being
    grossed out!
