  1. As a European I always freak out when I hear from the travel plans of many
Americans and Asians (even worse!). I’m not saying that I won’t do the same
mistake in America or Asia but they always plan to see way to many places
in a short time! Last year I spend 24 days just in Croatia and Bosnia
backpacking, which are tiny little counties. I had a great time and met
many people which isn’t possible when you’re always on a rush. I could have
stayed twice the time there without getting bored.

  2. It’s tradition. And it’s practical, because museums can stay open on the
weekends when not much else is open, so they can get more business, and on
Tuesdays people usually have other plans anyways, so they can close then
    without losing business.

  3. I Count 33 days before the cuts and 22 days after the cuts and it looks
like an extra day was added to Swiss Alps. Look at and pause at his
itinerary. Also Rick Steves did a show like this before and his itinerary
    added up correctly then.

  4. That’s an extremely short trip you made in Brussels (really too short), but
your video is good and fresh. You just forgot the national plate, envied by
the entire world, as our best beers and chocolates ;). But, well, next time
maybe. The beer you tested (at least for the video ;)), the “gueuze” is a
very difficult beer to drink because people is too sugar feeded in this
world, but when you like beer as it must be, bitter, that is a big
pleasure. Next time, try the “trappist” beers, unique in the world, you’ll
make a good choice. About “geuze” (and derivatives), it is made in Brussels
and only in that city because the fermentation comes from a yeast native to
the Senne valley near Brussels, called ‘Brettanomyces bruxellensis’. So, if
you wanna drink an industrial geuze (or kriek or other derivative) in your
country, you certainly will pay for coloured water. Be careful 😉
The “Grand Place” was builded during the XVth century and designed on the
bases of numerologic beliefs (7 streets, 7 hills all around in Brussels,
etc), that is not very known, but quite interesting. Victor Hugo and Karl
Marx were ones of many interesting people who lived there and the Place is
    a UNESCO World Heritage Site…
Okay, I know, I like my country, but I have good reasons… 😉
Thanks for your pleasant testimony. Come back and enjoy!

  5. Hello, have you heard about “Reveal Travel Deal” (google it)? I have
stumbled upon various ridiculously cheap resorts and plane tickets. This

  7. ive been to Brussels 3 years ago and I had so much fun its one of my
favorite cities in Europe, dont listen to that guy Brussels is super
friendly and there is soo much to do, I am planning to go back there in the
next year I really had a blast with my family

  8. i would like to show you the real brussels like i did with my friend from
uruguay, and like i did with my familly in france (bordeaux and toulouse)
to show you not the big famous “grand place” or “manneken pis” but to show
you the streets in brussels, where you find the people the real one like
the commune of forest, anderlecht, uccle, boisfort, brussels 1000, ixelles
    or …

  9. (part3) Despite some claims I hear. Brussels is one of the friendliest big
cities I’ve ever been in Europe. (the friendliest cities I’ve been in the
world are Istanbul, Antalya, Marrakech, Essouira,…) In Paris, for
example, they are the opposite of friendly. Italy and Spain are really
awfully unfriendly and dirty. In Rome the junkies were giving themselves
shots of heroine right in front of me, right in the touristic center in the
streets. I don’t believe you know what you’re talking about…

  10. I love how architectures in Europe are mostly built in stones, rocks and
bricks, there’re marvelous! fucking cement buildings and metal plate houses
in my country looks really depressing even for natives.

  12. depends on where your going, what your doing, how your traveling etc. i

cost them 3500$ each. so it varies alot
