Hi your video was educational. But there was two parts in your video where
you are telling us what to do and trying to show us and you cannot see what
you’re doing. I think your video needs to be redone because it’s hard to
tell what you’re doing when your hands are covering it up. :-)

@Doowdle Be sure the screwdriver is the correct size. You can use a Q-tip
with a small bit of WD-40 or other penetrating fluid. If that doesn’t work,
you will either need to use a screw extractor to remove the screw, or use a
small drill bit to drill out the screw and remove. These are your two
easiest options.

@GtaFan214 If the LCD screen has been damaged, you will need a replacement.
These are available at RepairsUniverse (dot) com.
You can go over the video to see if you spot this, It is unclear as to what
this component is based by your description. You may be able to find this
by looking at older PSP versions.
@DragonNexus Should just be a small Phillips screwdriver to remove all the
screws on the 3000 Series.
