Can you for example focus on strength for your bench do the 1-5 reps and
then for fly’s for example do the usual 8 to 10 and other chest exercises?
I always thought strenght training involves a high amount of reps with low
weight

here in Elliot’s community! That’s actually pretty true! I noticed I am so
much better at dips and pull ups than my friend who is so much bigger and
stronger than me! He can’t keep up with my pull ups and dips yet he can
lift twice as much as me in other exercises! I might give those explosive
push ups a try this christmas!
