  1. This is WICKED Adriene! Your longer sequences are like being in a live
class with you. Love the core work at the end too 🙂

  2. This is so good!! Those Hovering Cat ones are pretty difficult for me. They
really work everything! I love your yoga videos, they’re amazing!! :D

  3. Love this Adrienne! You are a fantasic guide and I feel wonderful! ♡ xo

  5. Adriene, you are awesome. I had to drop out of yoga class after severe
hamstring injuries to both legs and I kinda didn’t wan’t to start again,
but then I ran into your channel and then I couldn’t resist picking it up
again. You’re definitely one of my favorites =) (together wit SeanVigue
btw, he’s hardcore but super fun. If you two would ever do a video
together, oh my. I’d crack up) Namaste!

  6. Hey Adrienne I loved this routine. I am curious about some good poses to
use eagle pose . I believe that’s what it is called. That pretzel type arm
twist in the arms that releases tension in shoulders and upper back. I love
that but don’t see many do it. I am curious your thoughts!:-)

  7. With class and work it’s really hard for me to find a yoga class that falls
with the time I have off. these videos are perfect for me to get in when
    ever. Thank you so much

  8. Yay! Glad I found you. I find the majority of youtube yoga teachers to be a
tad obnoxious or too fast paced but you are quirky in all the right ways
and make it feel as if I am doing yoga in my living room with a friend
rather than watching a teeny tiny chica flaunting a vinyasa in a bikini
with cheesy elevator music and a sense of false enthusiasm. With that being
    said.. thank yoooou!

  9. I had been exercising for a couple of hours before attempting this practice
video. I have to say the breath is what got me through this. I’m starting
to understand why focusing on the breath is influenced so much. My heart
rate got really elevated halfway through due to my fatigue, but I was able
to calm my mind and body just by taking long deep breaths, suddenly
everything flowed so well. I could feel the challenge still, but I was calm
    through it all. :)
